You've probably hopped here from Ruthie's blog, you're on the right track! If not, you should head over to Emma's blog to start from the beginning.
Today, I'm featuring the new Hello Frame Dies on my simple, but snazzy card.
This is a different style of card for me. I tend to create in extremes. Either super busy or super CAS. This one is kind of in the middle: not too many layers, but bold patterns and colors. I have to be honest, I hemmed and hawed for a bit deciding whether I should add more stuff to it. But as you can see, I ultimately decided to walk away and leave it be. Do you find yourself being indecisive about your card designs?

ReplyDeleteI love how your card turned out! You didnt need to add anything else! The bold print and the stripes go great together!!! I love it.

I love the papers that you used and your card is very pretty. I, personally, spend a lot more time trying to put a card together. I love to stamp out some images and color them but half the time I have a pile of images colored and no cards done. I call it the coloring book mentality. I really have to give myself a push to take that stack and make cards from them. I think I am overwhelmed by all the finishing options and end up making plain cards instead of digging to find a pretty patterned paper.
ReplyDeleteYour card is so pretty! I always find myself trying to plan out my card with the perfect sentiment first, once I have it in my head, I can usually put it together quickly :)
ReplyDeleteYour card design and papers you chose are wonderful. I like the Grainy Wood background and the beautiful butterfly! I always have trouble choosing papers and design for my cards. Being indecisive does not only plague me with card making but with many daily things (supper for one). It drives me crazy sometimes. You made great decisions with your card...it is beautiful.
